And I totally get it, for other people they might have family reasons to stay at home, worse commutes than that, or just don't like the office. I like having the choice of going into the office or not and hope that my colleagues continue to have the choice to do what suits them best. For my office, I don't think the status quo of not coming into the office at all will stand. Probably three days a week for the foreseeable future.
