Not trying to be difficult or needlessly repetitive, just saying it's the best idea that can be thwarted by the worst actors very easily. Took a boat from Germany to Denmark, drove to Oslo where I stayed for two days and then drove on to Sweden. After a week of mosquito hell on the water then spent a day in Trollhttan and a day in Malm. Nice cities, nice food and nice nature, especially if youre used to Dutch environments.
