If she would have just got a regular salad none go this would have happened... but she had to have the BIG salad

It used to make me mad that George always got screwed over in most episodes

I kinda see now that I am older that hevisnt always a good person. But still in some episodes sympathize with him. Like when he had modeling hands and was finally making it big off his hands but then some lady burned them

Do people really even just eat salad? As a lunch? What, like just bitter vegetables? Bitter lettuce and soggy tomatoes? Even drowning that in ranch sauce isn't enough to make me choke down a salad from a diner every single day. I don't understand this trope on TV. Like maybe a chicken salad at least has some protein in there. A roast potato salad can be good.

But otherwise... I'd sooner starve than eat what tv people that order "the salad" eat

I sometimes order chef salads. That is when it's got substantial protein in it too. Chicken, ham, cheese, eggs.with your favorite dressing it can be a good lunch

I see what you mean but I have to say eating cold protein like cold chicken is so unappetizing compared to freshly hot chicken, but therein lies the rub because lettuce needs to be cool and crisp to contrast

George was right. I think the story is based off of a Larry David story where he got mad for not being credited for a meal.

It depends on the place. Sometimes, the salad comes with a ton of good food. It's essentially all the same stuff you would eat in a hamburger.. just without the bread. May be worth trying it out sometimes.
