Ivynn 11/07/23 3:45:16 PM #13:	Ubisoft for the longest time said they didn't want to do an AC set in Ancient Japan because they felt the setting was "played out." This is probably the only way they'd agree to do one. This way they stand out from all the other ninja games set in feudal Japan. All the previous Assassin's Creed games had you play as made up characters so the story wasn't too limited. Srk700 11/08/23 12:45:17 PM #49:	Today is the 1st time I've ever heard of Yasuke, so this sounds like a great idea to me since it's sort teaching you about history that isnt exactly common knowledge (of course it's AC, so it's not going to be an accurate portrayal, but still nice).
