Never heard of oatmilk giving anxiety, and I drink it frequently (also as a substitute for cow milk).

I think Caffeine can give you anxiety even if you're used to it. It's probably the caffeine, not the fake dairy.

I didnt even drink it there, I got it to go before I did some shopping. Even when I went to bed that night my heart was still racing from it. I wonder if they made it wrong or something ... Yes, the process of milking the oats is very stressful on them. That transfers to the milk itself. Cow milk doesn't have this issue because cows in general don't give a fuck
