Lots of YouTube do it. They'll be walking or driving or just sitting, and within one minute they clip the video like 10 times, like just 2 seconds in between what they're doing.

Jump Cuts I think they're called.

Yeah jump cuts. Hate them. I can see why they would do it for what you said, but I see so many unnecessary ones.
