Over-reliance on nostalgia and IPs isnt sustainable, nor is the constant spewing of bad blockbusters. The medium wont die, and Id be surprised if a new studio rose up in this day and age as a major power. But yeah, theres plenty of good movies being made outside of Hollywood if one is willing to take a look.
