I'm not attracted to her, and she has a mediocre personality, but for the time being it's the best I can achieve right now, and something is better than nothing. If your car's in the shop and you don't have reliable transportation, sometimes you have to settle for McDonald's rather than going all the way to Five Guys, for example. Anyway, I was on Tinder the other day, and a coworker noticed and called me out on it. She claims it's shitty that I'm on tinder while in a relationship. For one, it's really not her business what I'm doing on my phone, but secondly, what I'm doing is really not that bad. I'm not happy where I'm at in the relationship, so I'm essentially looking elsewhere. If you're looking for a new job, you don't immediately quit. You apply elsewhere, interview at other places and put your 2 week notice when something becomes available. No, the girl doesn't know I'm doing this, the same way that your current employer doesn't know when you're trying to leave. I'm not gonna hold it against my friend though. She's younger and doesn't understand how most of us do things. Plus, I would imagine your employer would be upset if they caught you on Indeed, so this is basically the same thing.
