In the comics she took away the powers of most mutants, banged her brother, and I guess doesn't minds using slurs . In the MCU she is just a flat out villain, but because she looks like a wine mom. That was Jeph Loeb being edgy for the sake of edginess (and it was bad and basically destroyed that line of comics). Main universe Wanda and Peitro are not in a relationship. At least I hope not. and Wanda is basically used as a mental health parallel. What would happen if someone legitimately abused, manipulated, and suffering from trauma, had superpowers? Despite, basically doing everything else you said, at the end of the day, shes just a sick person who needs therapy, meds, and a stable environment. Shes harmless as long as you dont harm her. btw, she brought all the mutants that lost their powers back. Shes been trying to make up for that mistake for ages. Thats the other thing, she realizes when she fucks up and tries to make right. Thats also why she isnt a villain, just a tragic figure.
