No. Traffic sucks and people don't know the rules of the road.

The parking lot of this shopping center I go to feels like driving on a busy unmarked street in China. MFs are cutting across parking spaces, ignoring stop signs, pulling out in front of you, etc.

Not very much. Im a good driver, but other drivers ruin the experience. I have come centimeters from certain death (multiple times) 100% because of someone elses mistake.

Vehicles are too big, too heavy, and they accelerate too fast. Driving didnt used to be so butt-puckering before the average vehicle was like 7,000 pounds. I honestly think you should lose your license for life if you ever use a heavy vehicle to try to intimidate another driver.

It should be easier to lose your license than to get one, but we live in a country that is dominated by the oil industry, so we have to share the road with things that can barely even fit on the street

I've never driven a car before except for a field car once.

I've rode dirtbikes a bit and I know how to drive a forklift though.

My forklift experience was working in a quarry where there was a lot of open space, so I got to rip around pretty good and it was pretty fun.

I only drive out of necessity. Going to work, going to grocery store or running some type of errand. I don't just drive for joy. I live in a sparsely populated area in farm country so there is very little traffic all the time which is nice.

Thankfully I rarely have to drive anything more than relatively short trips. Most of my driving is 10 miles here, 5 miles there type trips. I don't like driving long distances as I find it boring. Driving was more enjoyable when I was 16, but I'm 47 now and the luster has worn off.

Its pretty chill when fall and winter hits since I live in a rural south carolina town. Weather is feeling good and after about 6pm eastern time the streets and roads are damn near ghost towns, so that is the time to go to whatever 9pm or midnight video game release gamestop actually does (I went to the spider-man 2 and mario wonder one), swing by a 24/7 krispy kreme for some of them hot light glazed donuts n' some coffee, and just vibe playing video game/anime soundtracks without some random dude looking at me funny for blasting it on the way back home.

My job is driving.
I just upgraded from a 3mile commute to a 30mile commute.

It's fine in dry weather, but if it takes me hours to get home in the winter, I may not make it into work

I like having the ability to drive, but hate the distances I need to travel to get to places, and just how many awful drivers there are on the road, not using turn signals, following too close, going 60 in a 45 or 40 in a 65, etc.

I've always like it better because I just hate sunlight.

Traveling is also better at night because most truckers are sleeping.

I like it, its a nice break from whatever is going on. I dont even mind traffic much.

The only thing I dont like is surface streets in a city of a couple million+ that Im unfamiliar with. Half the time laid out like a clusterfuck so you have to know which lane to be in half a mile before you get there w/no signage.

Most of the stuff people in here are complaining about goes away if you stay in the 75th percentile for speed. i.e. be going faster than 75% of traffic, you get a lot less of those moments that seem to terrify people. In other words, you are in control of where you go instead of other peoples driving happening to you.
