The Adam and Eve story was a book written in the 60s I believe that talks about pole reversals and end of days type scenarios. One copy of the book was taken by the cia. The reason was someone else had a copy and CIA was investigating him. There are still copies out there.

Someone else found it, Cain was banished to the Land of Nod.

ah yes, either there were somehow nations outside of eden, or the religious interpretation is it being some kind of "apart from god" state.
