Licensing most likely, that is usually the reason for games being removed.

Given how money hungry GW is, not surprising a smaller studio couldn't afford to renew the license on a smaller game that probably doesn't sell very well.

I'm not actually sure if the Warhammer VG license is that pricey, it mostly seems to be given to smaller studios. I think GW is primarily concerned about having their IP transform into a video game that overshadows their main business. They used to almost never license out for this reason.

The most successful Warhammer video game is for a product they discontinued and so didn't care anymore
