Expeditions are just daily ops, whats the point in playing?

Serious questions, i put a lot of time in to the game but haven't played it since like... the pitt update since it was so disappointing

Is it actually, though? I'd be glad if it was, if only so Bethesda could hopefully learn from its mistakes.

I think what makes it seem more dead is how they made it so you rarely actually see others save for some group events.

At least that's what I recall from when I briefly played it.

@Vyrullise is literally the only person I've seen who actually plays it heavily. Or, at least, back then.

It's a very polished experience nowadays, but if you've ever played it extensively before there isn't much to come back for except Nuke/Pitt/Dailys grinds. Still no kind of end game areas or dungeons, in theory, that can test end game builds because level scaling happened.

Speaking of, the perfectly 1:1 level scaling made me stop playing around level 20. Pick a cardinal direction and you can hit the map edge and every enemy or boss you encounter will be your level. No danger in exploration or sense of overcoming really... any challenge at all.

In b4 Vy comes in and says it was a 10/10 game at launch and is now a 15/10

i knew once they said they're not doing content like the brotherhood of steel/settlers anymore the game signed its death warrant
however it has a super hardcore fanbase that likes to pretend the game is more alive than ever
