I wasn't even on the input in question at the time, the Roku remote has a Netflix button and I guess it just uh, happened, and I was billed $20. Don't feel like it should be that easy.....

I've rolled over onto my Roku remote many times, or hit the wrong button, or hit a button when I thought it was a different remote, and always been scared I'd be charged for something.

OK I really did not expect the verbatim response from Netflix Chat, after waiting like 10 seconds, to be "Sure no problem, this happens all the time".

Netflix may be shit a lot of the tike but at least they're on point here lol.

Oh yeah didn't expect it to go that easy (both the subscription and cancellation).

Then again it seems pretty easy to add an additional confirmation menu.

Back in the day I somehow bought Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale. My best guess was that my controller was in between the cushions.

I didn't even know the purchase was made until like a week later and wondered where all my XBL money went lol
