Quit several years back and the strange thing is, I don't get the craving for tobacco or smoking at all anymore, but sometimes I'll have dreams where I'm sneaking a smoke or started the habit up again. For me, I quit because I got so frustrated with being controlled by a company selling me a product that was slowly killing me, and late one winter night when I was about to get bundled up and go out into the icy cold for a pack of smokes so I could have one last smoke before bed - I stopped while holding my sneakers and said to myself "NOPE"... and went to bed instead.
