Last Thursday (26), according to ESPN and Associated Press, Connor Stallions was identified by the NCAA as one of the suspects for committing infractions and stealing signs at the University of Michigan. Due to the action, the analyst was suspended indefinitely.

According to reports released by the NCAA, throughout the investigation into the University of Michigan football program, Connor Stallions was identified as the central figure in command of the sign stealing scheme and for illegally observing matches of other teams and the teams opponents.

The investigation confirmed that the analyst purchased tickets for more than 30 games from the 11 universities that participate in the Big Ten Conference Football, over the last three seasons, and distributed them to different locations in the United States. The information states that the individuals attended the matches, holding cell phones that appeared to be filming the teams sideline.

According to internal sources and coaches from Big Ten Conference Football teams, the scheme managed by Connor Stallions was getting bigger and bigger and was getting more elaborate, with images and videos of matches. They told us to be careful because they had a guy who knew how to pick plays. It was too late to change our signals, but another team told us about it, said insider.

Bad headline. The NCAA didnt suspend anyone. Michigan suspended him with pay almost immediately upon the story breaking. No way he comes out of this keeping his job though.

Take it with a grain of salt, but an ex-coach is claiming to have helped.

The former coach, who spoke to ESPN on the condition of anonymity, said suspended Michigan staffer Connor Stalions paid him a couple hundred dollars for his work. The source said he attended three Big Ten games over the past two years to record the sideline signals of future Michigan opponents and uploaded his work to a shared iPhone photo album with Stalions and potentially others.

I didnt like it, but its a gray line, the ex-coach said. You can call me naive, but no one is reading the bylaws. Im not a contractual lawyer. I just felt like if youre not doing it, youre not trying to get ahead.

The former head coach told ESPN he attended games to scout Rutgers and Penn State last year and Penn State again this season. At the games, the former coach said he sat 15 to 20 rows above the field and tried to capture both game footage and sideline signals in his recordings.

A lot of people may say you can just rip that from the all-22 [wide-shot game film]. Well, its not that easy, he told ESPN. This makes it easier to mirror things up and get those tendencies.

KU is currently up 14-7 against #6 Oklahamo about halfway through the 2nd quarter.

While I didn't think KU was actually going to win anyway, the current weather delay (lightning) probably ensures that they're going to lose, as it gives OU a chance to regroup and make adjustments before the half.

Kansas is a decent team

It literally doesn't matter if there's conclusive evidence or not on replays. The refs will overturn or confirm on a whim. I've seen plays overturned when there wasn't enough evidence and plays stand when there was. Baylor just "fumbled" ball, and when the replay showed clear evidence his forearm was down, the refs are like "play stands". Now Iowa State got the TD. I call rigged af.

Was looking at some recent-ish teams to compare this year's Kent State to and came across 1994 Ohio. They went 0-11 despite playing an absolute shit schedule, averaged 7.5 ppg, and got shut out twice by teams that won 2 and 3 games respectively. They closed that season with a loss to Akron, a team that was arguably even worse on the whole of the season, but their ineptitude was concentrated on the defensive side; they gave up 36.7 ppg. I suppose that game was the answer to who would win between a stoppable force and a movable object
