In fact Shadow's first appearance in Sonic Prime is him looking for a Chaos Emerald so he can do it and in IDW he's never done it without an Emerald nearby as such if someone were to ask for Chaos Control as their ability then it's useless in our world as we do not have any Chaos Emeralds --- A worthless existence <cite>tremain07 posted [p:976606746] in Chaos Cont... Given their potential dangers when trained, most places would also ban their ownership.
