Or Goku fighting Jeice, Burter, and Recoome while moving so quickly it looks like he's just standing still. probelm with both of these is they dont really mean anything we have no comparison to make it would be like saying "a cheetah is faster than a the color purple" goku being faster than X dont mean anything as X has no speed to give us context we fallow the bread crumbs all the way back to roshi vs krillin as you said no one could see their movements then later when goku and roshi are fighting at a higher speed ppl can see it just fine its all meaningless we have no numbers dragon ball just says things to sound cool and then ignores it as soon as it becomes a mild inconvenience lets take thos universe shock waves for example ooh wow it makes goku look so strong ok but when he is in a stronger form fighting frieza ( a character with no ki control at all) those shock waves dont happen or when facing rage monster brolly no shock waves or in super heros where ~~cell max~~ has no brain at all no shock waves the only way to reconcile this massive plot hole is if goku never had anything to do with the shock waves and its just a result of beerus fighting goku is alot stronger we are told but we have no idea by how much the fights are doing less damage to the environment than what we use to get in Z but but ki control i just debunked the ki control thing with characters that have none goku still cant even survive in space (this is made very very clear multiple times) he cant fly between planets or anything --- 3 things 1. i am female 2. i havea msucle probelm its hard for me to typ well 3.does her janpuu dance <cite>AceMos posted [p:976600429] in New Death ... Any Death Battle against Makima must assume she fears or respects her opponent enough to not auto win. Beyond that, her greatest feat of strength is chaining the power of 10 odd devils together to instantly kill the Gun Devil. She's also functionally immortal. Even Bigger Spoilers. ~~She is defeated due to Chainsaw's unique ability to permanently erase the concept of any Devil he eats. Also, she fears Chainsaw Devil, due to that power, so she couldn't insta kill him.~~ Gojo's power of Infinity means any conventional attack cannot work. So that's the "interest" for our death battle. I expect the fight to go something along the lines of Makima attacking Gojo with everything she has and him shrugging it off. He eventually gets the kill, but shocker she comes back and reveals she was just wasting time before bypassing infinity through the power of control. She was looking down on him the whole time. So realistically, assuming Gojos a Japanese citizen himself, he would eventually end up winning that lottery if he keeps killing her. I dont think he would do that, but Death Battle doesnt make much sense anymore anyways. Ratchetrockon 10/11/23 4:46:44 PM #75:	i prefer street-level character battles since they seem less tainted by that dimensional scaling stuff, but even they are tainted by people scaling characters too high. For instance, Geralt is wanked massively across all stats and it seems to be a result of some fans misinterpreting the novels. For ex: certain fans believe this passage is proof that he moves faster than sound. particularly the "two metallic clangs merging into one" portion. They believe that he blocked both attacks before "sound could travel". To me, the author was just showing that Geralt blocked both attacks in a fast enough time span that the sounds of the sword clashes resonated with each other. Like im pretty sure you can replicate this sound effect by banging on two metal containers at relatively the same time and this doesn't involve faster-than-sound movement. Am I not reading it correctly? I feel like i'm being gaslighted to believe certain things sometimes and it makes my head hurt. It brought up how he was rag dolled by Broly for an hour, but in the latest chapters he should be stronger than the Broly that beat his ass. Broly was capable of punching so hard it broke holes through reality, and Black Frieza should be capable of doing the same since he's even stronger.
