My work moved, and as such I have a new commute, I took 70 East into downtown St. Louis. Anyways dere is a pair of express lanes, and dere was almost no traffic on dem. My Rogue started to shake, and dere were two slower moving cars forcing me to slow down before I hit 100.

I regularly hit 90 on the way to work. Very dangerous, but fun.

Speed is relative.
The situation is a bigger component than the speed itself.
Hitting the limiter in a rental.
Coming downhill on warped rotors from well above triple digits.

There are some areas where everyone's moving a very questionable speed, and it's just...whatever.

I still remember when speedometers just stopped at 85.

I wasn't driving at the time but my friend in HS got us up to 115 on a two lane country road in the old retired police car he drove.

I was going 70 in a 55 in the middle lane, same as everyone. This asshole entered the highway and started doing 60 in the middle. I swapped left to pass and he started speeding up. I was doing 85 by the time I overtook him and swapped back to the middle, where we both slowed down.
Why, just why? I swear NJ drivers are worse than Florida, they just happen to know where they are better.

When I lived in South Korea I once got up to 130kph (like 80mph) in my tiny Kia Morning. Might even have been 140, can't remember. The car started vibrating like it was about to explode.

Florida drivers are usually on their phone because it's totally legal there to drive 95mph while shitposting on Twitter.
