I could follow all of those rules, but just from reading them, it doesn't sound like the place I'd want to visit. So no, I would not visit.

Most of those are pretty straight forward unwritten social rules. Actually writing them down makes them kind of look like douches but nothing is really out of line here. Something tells me their food is overpriced though.

I don't have any issues with following any of the rules personally, but if they feel compelled to spell them out that dress code I don't think it's a place I'd want to patronize. Why do they care if a patron wants to wear a hoodie or sleeveless tank top?

Nope, the first rule makes it glaringly obvious the political bent of the owners.
The rest pretty much reinforce it.

Yep. As soon as I saw "no masks" listed as a rule, I knew the owners were conservatives. And some of the other rules are very targeting
