Only to later find out as an adult that "hey, this isn't nearly so bad as everyone says"?

This covers pretty much any vegetable, but for me I remember actually trying liver & onions when my grandpa ordered it and it wasn't bad

Then again, I'm a weirdo who loves onions...

The things I wouldnt eat as a kid I pretty much still dont eat. Ive tried vegetables, and the ones Ive tried just taste like plant.

My parents encouraged me to try every food at least once so I never really had that issue. Plenty of foods I've tried I didn't like tho. Like uni.

Iirc Brussel Sprouts were changed in the 80's/90's not to be super bitter anymore. They probably were disgusting back in the day based on how they taste right now.

But I love brussel sprouts.

I'll eat pretty much anything (with a few rules), so not really, no.

Rules:
  1. No vegan (I've tried it and it was disgusting af).
  2. It can't be too spicy.
  3. Nothing with avocados (allergic)
