There's a fairly convincing argument that's been made recently that, rather than pneumonia, Harrison actually died from typhoid fever likely caused by untreated drinking water. His initial symptoms were chiefly gastrointestinal rather than pulmonary. It's likely he also caught pneumonia at some point based on some other symptoms he displayed later, but it probably wouldn't have come from his inauguration speech since pneumonia doesn't typically have that long of an incubation period.
