Was Sekiro for me cant out level them

Sekiro is legit impossible for me I should have refunded it back in the day

It has too many damn rules and I suck at following them

Prob the worst action game ever for ppl that don't like to follow rules

I give it a 1/10 on metacritic. Not a 0 because it still looks well made

So I voted sekiro

Bed of Chaos is the only hard boss in any Souls

Took a break from dark souls to finish elden ring and sekiro. It's hilarious how much that trained me because I'm stomping everything effortlessly.

I'd say sekiro is more difficult since it's so easy to grind and improve equipment on ER. Plus sekiro feels like it requires a lot more from me skill wise.

Since Elden Ring came out I've been replaying all my soulslike games as a kind of retrospective...

Dark Souls 2 is generally pretty easy, but then you get to the DLC and it just goes off the rails and stops being fun. Even with high stats and fully upgraded Havels set I was still getting killed in two hits by the poison dragon boss which has extremely cheap attacks most of which can't be blocked. And then there's the gank mob which is three VERY tanky npc boss enemies attacking you at once in the same small arena...gave up on the entire game after that.

i think elden ring is 2nd hardest if you play w/ a basic character but with guides and stuff it easy to just use a powerful build and destroy everything so it becomes the easiest

I think each Souls game has a boss that makes you want to pull your hair out. For me it was Midir in DS3, Isshin the Sword Saint in Sekiro and Malenia in Elden Ring.

Malenia in particular was such bullshit because every single time she touches you it gives her a bit of health back, doesn't matter if you're blocking either.

with malenia you can like use mods for infinite health and just practice dodging her water fowl dance for a few dozen hours or atleast till you get it right. im sure some people can learn it within an hour or so

makes the boss extremely easy

As someone who has played them (and even in release order, minus Demon's)... Elden Ring, and the only one that comes close is Sekiro. Dark Souls I and Demon's Souls are joke difficulty these days.

yeah i played dark souls 1 after beating elden ring and was surprised by how dumb the bosses were. also parrying is super easy in that game

Bloodhound step also makes that move significantly easier to avoid.

Okay, I thought I was the only one that just couldn't handle all those rules. I tapped out on Sekiro. I can't hack it. I don't have the abilities. lol

yeah im like damn i can't even kill these npcs because i have to perform some specific sequences and i dont fucking remember what they were!

just thinking about sekiro makes me a bit upset

that applies to basically every souls boss that's on pc, kind of ridiculous to say.

One of the very few games, and only Souls game, I started and didn't finish

Sekiro is just running around and dodging until the boss uses a move you can punish.

That's how I played a lot of it and it takes forever to win with chip damage. Using the other mechanics is generally easier if you can get it down.

Nah, the charging stab/thrust does a lot of damage, and you can usually do a few more slashes after that.

True Isshin takes like 3 minutes or so across all phases
