I was looking at getting this figure:

The only other place I found that has it is a listing on Walmart for $90.

Yeah got a Neca Predator accessory pack that turned out to be bootleg and it was all smashed up.

Sort of figured it was by the price. You just take a gamble on there.

Its vendor is listed as in China, yes.

Its a knockoff that will take 3 months to come in the mail.

Same with any figure on ebay thats sold from china

The only things that may be legit on there are things priced similar to what you can get on American sites. If it's half or less then rest assured it's a KO. Some sellers tell you upfront and others don't

ya i bought headphone cable and a headband cover for my focal utopia on there. other sites were selling the cable for a few hundred bucks to a thousand bucks (total scam).

on aliexpress is was $80

Its a boot leg and will likely not look like the photo thats advertised.

I checked the Walmart listing for this again, and turns out that it's also from a Chinese vendor.

Found a listing for it on Etsy, which yes is also being shipped from China, and is priced at $138 undiscounted.

Seems like nowhere except China has this figure. Well, I found one on Carousell, but they don't seem to ship outside of Southeast Asia.

May want to get a new credit card number after the the transaction, if you do make one.

Ya for sure. Also this was a few years ago when aliexpress had the cheapest pre-made cable options. There are american-based stores with similar pricing nowdays.

I only use it for obscure electronics that I can't get elsewhere.

The focal utopia (headphone) cables. Focal used to sell them for $1200 a few years ago. They've been brought down to $699. Idk when this happened tho I just checked rn.

Anyways back a few years ago when stock cable was double the price some audio stores were selling their own custom cables and charging up to $2000 or some shit. At the time the cheapest option i can find at an american-based audio store was around $300.

Then you have people selling a few of them on Amazon , etsy, and eBay for like $150-$200 range.

Aliexpress had the cheapest pre-made options at the time. Down to $60 but i decided on $80 cable that looked thin af (the headphone already weighs 490 grams so wanted as little weight from the cable). The stock cable is stiff af and heavy fyi.

You can build your own cable for even cheaper. The most expensive part seems to be the lemo connector. I found an exact match for $40 but it was from an audio store which probably marks it up. There is prob a cheaper option somewhere else but im too lazy to look!!!!. That said the cost of the lemo can be negated if you r willing to take it off the stock utopia cable lol. Wire, 4-pin xlr connectors, and black paracord shouldn't cost more than $20.

Idk how to build my own cable tho. I've built one or two in the past for umm an aircraft's nose landing gear but I had a lot of help tbf lol.

I got 3 phone cases from them for like $7 total and they actually came quickly and were good quality. In fact I only needed to use one of them; it lasted several years until I decided to get a new phone.

But to be honest I wouldnt really trust them with something too pricey. Phone cases averaging $2.33 each? Meh, who cares if theyre garbage quality. But I would be wary about something thats so much cheaper than normal.

Those 2230 m.2 ssd's sold on eBay come from there.
