I joined my high school's Soccer team just to get a Letterman jacket and we ended up getting damn hoodies instead.

They age out fast, you would be hard pressed to find anyone wearing a hs one to college even during their freshman semesters.

I got all the patches and letters from the sports but no I never had a jacket. Honestly that was a really old time thing. I was born in 76 and I don't recall anyone doing that in my area in my lifetime. It definitely was not a thing when I was in high school from 1990 to 1994. Not where I'm from anyway.
