At one point the interviewer tells Alex that Russia is the only country in the world where people like him and Alex can be free. He invites Alex to visit Russia several times in the interview. Alex sucking up to Russia isn't new; he's been doing it since at least 2015 and Knowledge Fight has documented Alex's involvement with Russia and his constant apologia for Putin.
