No, but the offerings have definitely come a considerable way in a relatively short time. Seeing "gluten free" on packaging no longer makes me immediately scrunch my nose. Now I'm more likely to be curious if it's good.

My wife has a gluten intolerance, which isn't as bad as someone with Celiac disease, but she still can't handle much gluten without getting a stomach ache, so I end up making a lot of meals that are gluten free. If it wasn't for her restrictions there is no way I would go out of my way to make something gluten free. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I limit my wheat intake due to trying to eat a low FODMAP diet, but dont go out of the way to purchase gluten free processed foods because many times they contain potato which I am allergic to. ... Copied to Clipboard!
