Hi. I said no to 23 things on that list. Let's take a look at some healthy things I still eat:

Chicken
Beef
Cooked Fish (no thanks on raw fish)
Green Beans
Greens
Red/Green Peppers
Tomatoes
Green Onions
Lots of fruits

So yeah, plenty of healthy food that wasn't on that list

I used to be more picky when I was younger, but I have opened up to more things in recent years. I still don't like tomatoes or anything overly squishy/slimy.

Yeah a lot of people don't like tomatoes. If it had more common food on it I would have 2 points since I don't like watermelon.

Soy sauce has way too much salt in it, but I'm not sure it counts as something I "won't eat". I'd just really prefer not to have it, it's gross. There are various things on the list that I don't eat, like ketchup, but I don't think that's the point.

I didn't like oysters when I tried them, but I'd be willing to try them again if fried. Never had tofu, but I'd try it.

So for me it's just one point, raw fish. I don't think raw fish is really a good idea unless it's been frozen, and even then I still don't want it. I was going to say snails too, but after reading about it I'd have to try at least one.

If they're like mussels then yeah, I'll eat snails.

If you're getting frozen fish at a sushi place then you're getting ripped off.

Oh right I don't like fresh mango on its own but I like it mixed with other stuff.
