What's the end goal? If everyone is just there to sleep around, then juggle away. Just make sure that everyone is on the same page about the fact that you're sleeping with multiple partners. If you've not talked about what you want, people usually bring that up once sex is on the table. You don't want to hide that you're seeing other guys if you're already sleeping with one or more of them.
And if the intent is to start a monogamous relationship, then it's probably a good idea to start narrowing your options down before it goes too far with one of them (you don't want to be undecided when one of them hits you with "so what are we?"). Think what they each bring to the table (or even what they don't bring). Maybe you have just slightly more in common with one, or maybe one hasn't been respecting your boundaries as much as you'd prefer. My recommendation would be to make sure that they are all aware of the arrangement and on board, but you do as you like.
