If you work odd hours where a shift spans where the work week splits, there's a chance that part of it just goes to another work week. (Throwing that out there because I work 12 hour shifts where Sunday morning is moved to the preceding work week.)

If you use Kronos, Workday, or other similar payroll management systems you might be able to go in and see if adjustments were made and where.

Whats your pay cycle like?

I was always paid biweekly so the cycle was always 14 days, two Mon-Fri weeks.

Now I get paid semimonthly at my new job, with cycles being 6-20 and 21-5 so the days are all over the place and if I work 45 hours in one week sometimes that Thursday or Friday are in the next pay cycle so I wont see that overtime til the next check
