It doesnt fully replace frying, but very convenient for a lot of stuff.

Like for frozen food like chicken nuggets or frozen wings they are perfect. It's also amazing for reheating stuff, much better than microwave. ESPECIALLY heating fried food.

It cannot do for example making crunchy fried chickens as it doesnt cook the flour coating as crispy as real frying, but it does fries well. So basically this is a great addition to my kitchen and i got it for like 60 bux

I've done falafel and samgyeopsal in my air fryer, really good. Stuff like falafel comes out a bit weird because the outside looks kind of burnt but it still tastes good. Air fryer samgyeopsal is amazing and comes out just like when you grill it at a Korean restaurant.

My air fryer came with a cook book with all kinds of crazy recipes. One I like is miso salmon which is just taking some raw salmon and slathering a thin layer of miso paste on it, then air frying it. Real yummy. The recipe book says you can make stuff like beef jerky and brownies in the air fryer.

Our oven died so weve been surviving on an air fryer in the meantime. Theyre pretty good.

I bought one a while ago when I was having the kitchen extended/refitted and didn't have an oven for a couple of months. I'm absolutely shocked at how good they are.

The 'max crisp' option gets things just as crispy as traditional frying.

If you spray some oil on whatever you're trying to fry it gets it pretty crispy. Get a spray bottle and spray oil intermittently as it's cooking.
