No, because sports blackouts occur specifically to make it so that you can only watch X local team on Y local affiliate. So, for example, if you are near Pittsburgh, you can ONLY watch the Steelers on Local Affiliate X, and, for example, if you're near Pittsburgh, but don't get Local Affiliate X, then the blackout stops your Local Affiliate Y from showing the game, and that extends to streaming/etc. as well. It's a very bullshit system. When I lived in eastern Kentucky, for example, which was a very hilly area, you couldn't get hardly anything via antenna.
