I found a way to get the system to show a delivery as 50+ miles, thus triggering a massive base payment, but was able to cut the actual mileage down to about 15. Only got it to happen twice though. For example, if a price tag or sale tag on a TV says $10, and it lists that specific TV, they have to give it to you for $10. However, if the tag says $500, but the register/online rings it up as $10, they do not have to honor that, since it's obviously a glitch. EDIT: I have a ton of experience with this, being a former Kmart manager.
