I heard that they all taste the same or close to each other. Like how there's not a substantial difference between chicken and turkey or cattle and bison. As for mass farming these specifically I believe a lot of them end up dying in the larval stage so I don't know if it's realistic to farm. I know other livestock also have high mortality but maybe something is especially hard about these? IDK. Just tasted like crunchy chocolate. I think at one point in the past I also tried like sour cream and onion crickets that they had at a novelty candy shop.
