There are still levels within talented. If your methods aren't that good. No amount of trying made me worth a damn at writing, and worse, my friends and readers conspired to lie about me good (to what purpose Im not sure). Story of my life really. I was also lied to as a child about being intelligent and having worth as a person. Some people are just born without the ability to achieve anything.
