Problem is mine dies to the lowest level Swarm stuff still. Those bugs just wont die and then destroy me every since the tutorial clear of the mode still :(

But the Battle Isn't Over's Skill Point effect isn't working on Tingyun. Not sure what I'm missing here. Ulted 3 times in a row and never get a skill point back.

i just tried it and it worked ?

OK, I just figured it out, was just not paying attention properly. When Bronya does it, you get the extra skill point in the middle of her Ult. When Tingyun does it, you don't get the Skill point until after your unit is already back in their attack position. Wierd discrepancy.

Honestly it's basically character agnostic. There's typically a better cone for most Nihility character, but it's good on all of them.

Playing the story from I think patch 1.2 and it is really a shame how little this game does with Dan Shu. Such a cool character and I like her way more than several of the real characters despite how little screentime she has.

The Phantylia reveal was also cool but I've already had that scene spoiled for me twenty times over in like five different ways so it's hard to have much of a reaction at this point.

Yeah, I don't know if the same applies to other Hoyoverse games, but for Star Rail at least the community seems completely unable to keep it in their pants in regards to unmarked spoilers immediately after new content drops. Especially in contrast to other live service games.

Well, I *almost* cleared Swarm Disaster difficulty 5 yesterday.

I have to get back to Swarm Disaster, I still have some of the major chapters to unlock. But difficulty 5 was such a brick wall that I just stopped.

I 100%ed the swarm disaster path/achievement stuff but still have like a dozen missing events which is pretty annoying.

Getting a bunch of Break Effect may feel bad on the roll, but boy does it feel good when you actually get those pops.

Managed to get Fu Xuan leveled with at least decent relics finally and my gut reaction is that she is very good.

I don't have Gepard so I really only have Fire Trailblazer to compare to in that role.

Just for an idea though by Sampo usually does 30-35k in non-SU content when he breaks in just break damage.

Yeah ok I went from failing Swarm Disaster at level 1 to beating it first try on level 2 because Fu Xuan+Preservation blessings basically feels un-killable. Her damage is not half bad herself either on top of providing a party crit rate buff.

Current Rumors:

1.6: Dr. Ratio + Ruan Mei. No confirmed 4*.

2.0 to follow 1.6, no 1.7.

Just did the Yukong character quest and now all I want for the story is for this character to catch a break.

Fire Trailblazer is obviously better than Physical, but with the sustain units I have now I'm just never gonna use her.

So uh....I guess I should figure out how to build PhysBlazer lol. Haven't even entered this state since like TB level 30 or something lol.

Did the Traveler in Genshin ever get signature weapons down the line?

They have a PS exclusive sword from launch I think, but otherwise no. Traveler is hard to build for anyways if you like changing it up because each element is a different set of gear youll likely be using. Same goes for this games Trailblazer I guess

Maybe I say fuck it and just build Sushang instead. She's probably better even though she's a 4*.

Okcode uses Physical Trailblazer. He uses the Herta shop light cone and then goes full Break Effect on them. With the right relics you can get over 100% BE, and then when you break the toughness meter it does a huge chunk of damage and puts a monster bleed on the enemy. Gimmicky for sure but surprisingly effective in certain fights.

I use Stelle because shes cool, but my main team of Stelle/March/Asta/Nat probably isnt too common other than Nat and March anyways since lots of people might lack another shielder or solid healer.

Translations of beta leaks coming in hot, so lots of unknowns still as people work them.

What we can say for sure is that one of the Relic sets is for dots and one of the Planars is for energy Regen.

We THINK the other relic set is about using skill points and the other planar seems to be...well right now it just sounds like Space Station, so there's probably more there we need to wait for.

EDIT: The Space Station like one turned out to be the same as the energy Regen one (+ energy Regen, attack up if speed reaches a threshold), so the other planar is up in the air.

With an energy Regen set I'm pretty sure EVERYONE is gonna be in those mines. Support meta shift.

I'll likely be spending most of my time in the DoT mine though, I have every DoT character built and ALL of them were feeling some kind or relic option pains.

I was kind of hoping they wouldn't release an ER relic set. Unless it's been given numbers to make it deliberately weaker than basically all existing relic sets, I could easily see it becoming a must have on every support character, perhaps even some carries, and take a lot of variety out of the game. At the very least I can see most character's BiS becoming 2-piece ER and 2-piece Speed set.

I don't think it's necessarily going to be that broken. Sure, for some characters it'll effect rotations drastically even at the rumored 5%, but there's probably a good amount where that would have basically no effect and just be a loss. We'll have to wait for official details to get the math.

I severely doubt any DPS will be running it.

OK so it's really looking like the new DPS Planar for that SU world is indeed going to be Space Station only the Speed Threshold buff is extra DMG instead of extra Attack.

....Which would make Space Station an irrelevant Planar.

My guess is the speed threshold will be higher than Space Station's 120 to account for this.

Well, hmmm, no that's not right, DoT characters would still want Space Station, so maybe that's the balance.

I mainly bring it up because there is a relic set in Genshin called Emblem of Severed Fate that provides enhanced energy recharge/regen that is run by a lot of supports, and yes, certain carries reliant on having their ult more often. Now, not to say this would be a like-for-like case, but there's a fair amount that translates between the two games, such as relic formats, so I can't just dismiss the possibility out of hand.
