Like maybe one that's a bit out of their mind on hard drugs or something oh for sure if someone is geeked out on meth or glue/paint then they arent really human anymore imo, those you can typically spot from far off though and steer clear, if they fixate on you then get the fuck away from them and start making a lot of fucking noise to draw attention I have a strong reputation in the area so the local homeless are either friendly or know not to fuck with me, Im able to ask them to help me out with shit all the time some of them are crazy fucking smart and good with tools/electronics what is worrying me and some other people are all the fucking dogs people have right now. A lot of them are pitbulls and other big dogs, theyre big and they need a lot of meat which is getting more and more expensive. All the cats and possums have vanished, dont even see rats anymore.
