is playing in Sydney some time soon :)

Not much of a Beatles guy but I hope the people who want to see him have a good time. I'm not much for ageing bands, I've learned that I just enjoy the recordings - but if seeing Paul McCartney is a bucket list item, now's better than later.

Post-Beatles, I think Paul's career of radio-friendly rock with Wings and thereafter was the most consistent one, Harrison's more personal and thoughtful pop was a close second, Ringo was riding on a line of okay but not great, and Lennon's self-indulgent art pop was either a perfect hit or a total miss.
