Dana and Lizzie from Maximum Carnage.

I don't know if they would be robots, mutants, aliens, demons, etc. But I would want to have a scene where Spider-Man is suddenly attacked by two valley girls with strength comparable to his own.

They wouldn't actually be Dana and Lizzie. I don't think Disney (or Sony) would have any interest in paying LJN to use their original characters. But it would be easy enough to have a shout-out by having Spider-Man fight two similarly-themed characters.

If I could do a Captain America movie, I would include Matson.

The film serial is public domain, so there would be no royalties to be paid. They wouldn't even have to say his name in the movie. There would simply be a bad guy with a mustache and a fedora (not pictured) in at least one of the fight scenes.
