I watch the movie just as much for the music as the movie itself. I started rewatching it last night and the scene where the Angel does the halo thing with the concrete I was like "YOOOO HOLY SHIT IT'S THIS SONG"

I couldn't get past ten minutes of the movie because it's been years since I've seen any Eva media, and ever since watching a three and a half hour video about Hideaki Anno's career I feel like I should go back and watch the show. I've only ever seen it dubbed, might watch it subbed for the first time ever.

I can't believe they finally finished the rebuild movies, never thought I'd see it happen. I've long since gotten over anime and haven't see 3 or 4 or care to. I did attempt to get them but then was like... meh
