Years of Development including a whole year of 12-14 hour days while you're constantly told you're shit. Then the game releases, sells well, gets great reviews and in return your bonus is cut because you refused to release it with a gamebreaking bug. And you're told to do better next time. Games industry seems so toxic man I suggest checking out all the videos in his channel. These are some great listens. Yeah his whole channel is worth a watch. I really enjoy Tim's videos and thoughts on his games and just development in general.
