Have u guys seen all the stuff going on in Hawaii due to the fires?
The emergency sirens were never used and they defended not using them to alert people.
Also someone is trying to help the people with only fans.

I watched the press conference where the emergency response people said that the sirens are located along the coastlines and people are trained to go to higher ground when the sirens go off, which would have an undesirable effect since the fire was in the higher ground. That was why they decided not to activate the sirens.

This seems just like bs propaganda being spread to shock for views.

Looked up the story on the "influencer"

Her GoFundMe page got taken down and refunded. They don't allow that kind of thing.

Makes sense but also kinda sad. That money could have helped people. Could have made an exception.

Literally in the same site, they recommend people to go to higher grounds when sirens ring (which in this case, would be towards fire):
  • When a siren tone is heard other than a scheduled test, tune into local Radio/TV/Cable stations for emergency information and instructions by official authorities. If you are in a low laying area near the coastline; evacuate to high grounds, inland, or vertically to the 4th floor and higher of a concrete building. Alerts may also come in form of a Wireless Emergency Alert.

I literally showed u where they state wildfires. Going to higher grounds is obviously if there is a tsunami, do u think people are gonna run into the fire and smoke?
People could have had the chance to leave their homes, where many were found in

If its not allowed, wheres the list of names we cant say? Because that name is plastered in every form of media.

If the people are trained to hear sirens and immediately think tsunamis and they just go inland without thinking (because that's what training does to you), then you don't activate the sirens. It's not like you can see the tsunamis coming either.

Regardless, even the website says the sirens have a maximum of 3400ft radius, which isn't enough for those in-land (as the sirens are located literally by the shores).

If they only use them for Typhoons, because you know, a fire like that simply doesn't happen in Hawaii of all places, it would cause people who hear it to run for the hills/mountains, rather than away from them and the death toll would be far greater than what it is now, if thousands fled away from the coast into the heart of the fire.
