Athletic training is ever evolving and people are pumping money into younger and younger kids to produce high caliber adults

What you don't have is the mental fortitude of certain older all start players. And you definitely aren't getting cross sport freaks of nature like Bo or Deion anymore. It's all hyper focused from a young age.

That's not because those athletes don't exist anymore, it's just that the average player is so much better that you can't run circles around them just by being a great athlete.

Yes, of course. That's just the reality of better training methods, increased talent pool (the international game is so much more developed and recruited from compared to when Jordan entered the league), and a few more decades of strategies and skills developing based on what we saw the previous generations do on the court.

Russell Westbrook, Derrick Rose pre injury, Ja Morant, Mac Mcclung, Ben Simmons, etc. These are just PGs. Almost every current wing and SG can dunk from the free throw line. Lebron can do it at 38.

i'm not sure if you're right. I don't think lebron can do it, now. And those pt guards you listed i don't think any of them have actually done it in a dunk contest or in a game.
