I'd say not fair, but this is Youtube, not Twitch. Twitch is the one that bans slips of any kind, Youtube apparently doesn't, so atleast it's consistent.

How do we know he deliberately decided to just show off his penis? What would he gain?

For all we know, he could have just been lazy and didn't feel like getting dressed. It's not like it's uncommon for people to lounge around the house with clothes they feel comfortable in.

I don't think he did it on purpose, it doesn't really gain him anything and he did risk a ban, since Youtube isn't super clear on cases like these.

The guy's just an idiot. That's really all there is to it. He is not a smart man.

I guess youtube and twitch are different so its whatever, but on twitch they would've justifiably banned him.

Common sense would tell you not to thrust the camera while in loose boxers only but he clearly lacks common sense judging from the stream clips I've seen from him. Not really a bad guy but he needs to think about his actions and the potential consequences of them a bit more especially since a majority of his audience are kids.

Intent matters, if it's a legit accident? I don't think he should be banned. I also really have no interest in looking into this enough to be able to judge for myself if it was an actual accident or not.
