Closest I saw was a piece on how he had begun painting portraits of people KIA there. IIRC, the family gets either the OG or a replica of the painting and a letter. The speculation was that this was some sort of restitution for him for the family's loss. He came off as guilt tinged, but not someone to be sympathetic towards, IMO.
Reading between the lines, it looked like he knew he fucked up big time and there's no fixing it. I want to say it was 60 Minutes, but that's not a show I regularly watch. Anyway, there's that. --- Putin delenda est ... Copied to Clipboard!
