MyMainAccount 08/10/23 7:20:49 PM #20:	The Scrooge character was originally created as a greedy miser (literally named after the miser from the Christmas Carol) but over time the cheap stuff has been used more for jokes and he has become the lovable uncle and adventurer we know him from Duck Tales and the like. Which mirrors the Dickens character's transition into a better person really.. Especially Barks and Rosa's stories back up Scrooge as being a self made man with noble intentions who just had a bad patch where greed got the better of him in the middle.
