Doe 08/05/23 9:52:16 PM #55:	Based on some statistics someone pulled out of a ton of master matches, JP-Guile may well be the worst matchup in the game. And as a Guile main, yeah, it sucks. JP's 22p "pierce" completely beats sonic boom (800 + knockdown vs 600) and Pierce outright beats trying to set up with Sonic Blade. So you're left with a slow walking character trying to beat JP's whole kit with just normals it's not hopeless, you can try sneak booms in and use OD boom to get a knockdown on JP and dash to his deadzone, but any time JP wins neutral is catastrophic for Guile whereas Guile winning neutral isn't so strong as he has no throw loop and just blade for setup. --- https://imgur.com/gallery/dXDmJHw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75GL-BYZFfY <cite>Doe posted [p:975276097] in Evo 2023 s...
