At first I thought blaming a headache for a swollen eye was just covering for a fist fight, but I googled it and damn if it isn't true. You can get a headache so bad your pain receptors in your eyes react and swell up in the same way as if the receptors were triggered from an actual blow to the head:

I'm not sure who this guy is, but I actually saw about this on FB earlier. I saw a random post that he was released from the hospital. It was a picture of him just standing outside smiling at the camera while having a swollen eye.

My 10-year-old nephew is obsessed with this dude.

Hope he's okay though.

He may need to start micro-dosing psilocybin, heard they can help alleviate cluster headaches.

What has he done? I know him to be pretty loud and obnoxious which is why I dislike him. But aside from that he doesn't really seem to be actively trying to hurt people?
