The end part on the aircraft carrier was a pickup shot, which happened some time after principal photography, and she had gotten skinny and had her mouth puffed up like duck lips. Even Micheal Bay was like, "WTF?", when he saw her.

Eh, the age of legal adulthood has to be drawn somewhere and 18 is probably the best you'll get. Do some people want to raise the age of majority to like, 26 or something? >_>

That said, I get why some people over 30 are uncomfortable with 18 years olds. The older you get, the more childish/immature some of them seem. I couldn't personally date an 18 year old myself. I think once you're old enough to possibly have an 18 year old son/daughter yourself is when you really ougtha stop looking at them.
