ClayGuida 07/29/23 6:20:35 PM #5:	That 6% tip out is to the bartender, possible hostess, and possible food runner, likely others as well, and if they have a shit owner, they could be charged for a credit card payment too. It's kind of fucked how we as a society just allowed ourselves to cover the cost of employees and not the actual employers who get the benefit of paying cheap labor.
